The Office “Proper Sales Training”

Including sales training is essential for any organization’s success. The right training drives significant improvements in sales force performance by addressing the necessary selling skills and effective communication tactics needed in order to close more deals. This scene from “The Office” depicts why a structured training session or program is needed in order to drive success for sales reps. While this clip is pretty comical, Michael, Jim and Dwight help spotlight the importance of the right type of training. This clip also helps show us what not to do when conducting any type of sales training sessions - it’s apparent that these three need to go through a proper training before the actual program is implemented.
